HG DIAMOND RINGS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS BY UPS.

If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date of your item, you may return it to us. Call our friendly customer service via telephone toll free at 1-877-513-7655 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to allow us to keep track of the return.

Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used, shipping charges, shipping surcharges, and gift wrapping fees and handling fees, if applicable.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not scratched and used. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Special Order items are subject to our Special Order Return Policy.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items).

Please allow us up to 10 days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund.

*Special orders such as platinum ring or special design rings will not be refunded. Welcome to exchange to a new jewelry item.

*Special orders such as platinum ring or Initial rings or Signet rings with engraving, special design rings or Rings with very small finger size or very large finger size or Inside engraved rings. 

Wedding bands will be subject of 30% restocking charge. These are special orders there for will not qualify for refund. HG Diamond Rings will exchange for a new jewelry item or replace to proper finger size free of charge, Any modification is free of charge, All we ask is return postage cost. You welcome to exchange to a new jewelry item. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.



Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping Costs, Shipping Surcharges and Gift Wrapping Costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by either calling toll free at 1-877-513-7655 or email us within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges, Otherwise there will be a 25% manufacturing charge.

FREE ENGRAVING:
Offering free engraving for inside rings and top of signet rings, Block letters Only.  We welcome any fancy engraving of your choice this cost extra.

Repairs:

Resizing rings are free of charge, All we ask is return postage of $20.00

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
