| How to measure your finger. 1. Use a piece of 4" string or paper no wider than 1/2". Wrap it around the appropriate finger. 2. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a circle. 3. With a ruler, measure the length in millimeters from the start of the string/paper to the pen mark. 4. Use the chart to the right to determine your ring size. Always round up. Example: 2 1/4 in. = size 8 and 57 mm = size 8. 5. If you have enlarged knuckles due to arthritis, you may not be able to wear the size that your measurement indicates. A larger size may be needed. . | | | Measured Size | | Ring Size | Inches | Millimeters | | 4 | 1 13/16 | 47 | | | | 4.5 | 1 7/8 | 48 | | | | 5 | 1 15/16 | 49 | | | | 5.5 | 2 | 50 | | | | 6 | 2 1/16 | 52 | | | | 6.5 | 2 1/8 | 54 | | | | 7 | 2 3/16 | 55 | | | | 7.5 | 2 1/4 | 57 | | | | 8 | 2 5/16 | 58 | | | | 8.5 | 2 3/8 | 60 | | | | 9 | 2 7/16 | 62 | | | | 9.5 | 2 1/2 | 63 | | | | 10 | 2 9/16 | 65 | | | | 10.5 | 2 5/8 | 67 | | | | 11 | 2 11/16 | 68 | | | | 11.5 | 2 3/4 | 69 | | | | 12 | 2 13/16 | 71 | | | | 12.5 | 2 7/8 | 73 | | | | 13 | 2 15/16 | 74 | | |
